its not bullshit. you are ignorant. none of your posts on this thread have been insightful. you are neglecting and neglected.
I guess you're right, everyone's always neglected to tell me how they talk to cows in their head. I usually only talk to other nutjobs on the internet, and even on the internet, you're the only mind-talking cow obsessed nutjob I know, so you'll have to forgive me.
I believe it. I've come across semi-feral longhorns while hiking in Arizona. Those suckers are wiley as all hell, you can't get within 100 yds of them even if you try to sneak! They just seem to know you're coming ZW
I don't think the "masses" were terribly literate back then... It's more likely those "ancient texts" were only written and read by an elite few. ZW
What evedence have you that all peoples do not talk to cows in there heads? Perhaps you sir are the nutjob or genetic freak born without the high level paneal sack in your brain that allows for such chat with cows.
I've cut out my meat consumption in the last couple of years just because I don't agree with the inhumane corporate farm practice of confining both cows and chickens (I don't see why cows are any more special than any other animal) in poorly ventilated and tightly packed buildings. I don't really have a problem with free range meat. What can I say? Meat is tasty.
Lol! great posts since my last one on here. I just want to add that I really admire cows. It is definitely true that cows are gentle creatures, they give their milk as much as they are breathing, they let us take it from them, and they literally demand or ask NOTHING of anyone or anything. I saw a video of a poor cow who was starved by their owners and the cow did nothing as revenge, and they made the cow eat a baby chicken (cows aren't supposed to eat meat). Cows are selfless in some way, God bless those lovelies!!
My grandfather was a dairy farmer, so I grew up with cows (and cranky bulls). I love cows too. They're (mostly) gentle and placid. I find their presence calming. I eat meat but I respect all life, most especially those lives which I take to feed me and my family.
i had a chicken omellette today...so basically an egg was hatched..the chicken was fattened up....killed....cooked...and put back into a different egg....and then eaten....
They've been bred to not DO anything, to be, to steal a word from another poster, placid. Some can be quite smart, but the males have been selected to be somewhat pissy, and the females have been selected to produce lots of extra milk and allow for easy milking. We have evolved cows, if you will. If that makes either one of our species sacred, it's humans that are sacred because cows are special. We're also "sacred" in that "sacred" only exists in our heads.
