I think you should be patient. You're not showing him what he's missing. Somehow...make yourself very visible to him..very often. I would bet on anything...the more he sees you...talks to you...passes you....the more you're on his mind...and he will be begging for that drink. Think of things you can do...walk the dog...yard work...anything to be outside the opportune moments he walks by. He will be knocking on your door to "string your guiltar" again in no time. If that is not enough...try baking some cookies or some shit...men like that lol! Just knock on his door..tell him you made too many ...and you thought maybe he might like some home cookin....well only do this if you really know how to cook....don't take him some rock hard burnt ass chocolate cookies and expect to impress lol. To go with the cooking idea: If you need some reason to knock his door, why not ask him for salt, sugar or whatever you need to cook or bake?
Don't be nervous about that, you say you look good, let's say if you are more than a 6 out of 10, no straight single guy will decline on an offer It's like a bar delivering girls home :-D

Sure.. but ive kind of allways known that and been sympathetic hey. It is hard. I only wish men didnt assume that women they consider attractive are somehow unapproachable. I'm really friendly and warm and a complete goose most of the time haha. But male friends have said to me that if they didn't know me and saw me in a bar they wouldn't be game to approach me. Others assume i have all these men chatting me up. But the truth is no one approaches me well hardly ever and when they do they are normally kind of strange men. Like this one guy in a bar kept asking me for my last name and when i left kept calling my name and shit hahah he was follwing me round the bar kind of weird. Nice normal cute men don't approach me. It's for this reason that i normally find myself on line if i want to date.

I have a rather tragdic update lol. I did see him this morning as i walked out my door he was pulling out of his driveway in his car. I waved, he waved back and just as he turned his head to look at oncomming traffic i tried to give him the call me hand signal LOL he didnt even see it. I felt like a right idiot. Crashed and burned haha. Oh well im just gonna have to ask him when he's on foot. We chat sometimes and he knows i left my last bf. I might say something like it feels good to be single again.. the blinkers are off What you doing friday? --Or i could say yeah some guy asked me out but i'm not really feeling it.. i kinda have a crush on my neighbour how you think i should go about it? lol
Arggh every scenario i play out sounds lame haha. I hate this part lol.

 

Be careful to not cause an accident between him waving to you and people driving seeing a chick waving on the side of the road! IMO a cookout sounds great. It doesn't have to be with a bunch of people.

I knocked on his door and he came out, i was nervous so i just started talking immediately lol i said hey how you doing? He did his usual avoiding eye contact for the first few minutes lol. I said hey what you doing tommorrow night? Wanna have a drink with me? He said yeah sure..
I told him my car wasn't driveable and that i'm gonna be stuck at home and i won't have my kids this weekend (i'm a single mum so this is my free weekend). I told him i have beer and vodka.. i don't drink beer and it's just going to waste here...
he said yeah but what do you' drink?
I said i'm a vodka shot kinda girl.
He laughed and said he was just having some then trying to relax because he had some problems. I asked him what they were and he talked to me for a while about them then the converstation went to other things like people and how i told him i was in this years mardi gra parade the other week. He mentioned some gay guys liking him years back when he lived in the city and how he was flat out straight and loved women. But like maybe 3 or 4 times when we was talking to me he touched me or my arm rubbing it breifly or my hand to demonstrate how enthusiastically someone shook his hand and stuff like that. He's never touched me before ever.. So i'm encouraged
I'm just wondering from other guys on here if i should take it as a good sign?~ The whole arm touching stuff..
