Well you can never expect them to be specific or rational about it. Look at what category they currently have cannabis in.

I didn't care until I saw the 2c class mentioned. I have a soft spot for my 2C-I experiences, as rare as they are. At least I have a stash of it that would last a "dabbler" like me for years.

A shitload of states have already banned the sale/consumption of RCs. The laundry list includes most of the popular ones (2C-X, methylone, butylone, 3-FMC, etc.). Greed played a huge role in the downfall of RCs. A big chunk of the blame falls on manufacturers who don't include ingredient lists on their products and merchants who sell them to minors. Several deaths have already been linked to RCs, including a mass 2C-E overdose, suicide and murder. Nevermind that these cases likely involved serious mental illness and gross errors in dosing--when the media gets ahold of it, all we hear is "new devil bath salt drug on the loose hide your kids". The damage is done. Your time would be better spent writing a letter to the editor of your local newspaper. In it, make sure to call out every media outlet and journalist who focuses on sensational stories while neglecting to utter a word of advice on avoiding death when using RCs. These stories do more to market drugs than any dealer ever could, referring to them as "cheap, legal and potent" and then telling Americans where to buy some. Our media outlets have more influence on the public than any other entity and have a responsibility to provide accurate, unbiased and relevant information. Yet they elude criticism when something like this goes down. Rant over. Oh wait. Much better.
I haven't touched the stuff since I took a bad reaction to the Spice Arctic Synergy a few years ago. Been tempted lately, but thankfully never caved in. The more I hear about this shit the more I am concerned about it. Oh man, what can we do to make these morons see the damage they are doing to people's lives...
