    i have a site on magic mushrooms
    my book
    i need about 3-4 minutes work done on the site it hasnt been updated in years
    ....................................
    and it needs 2b free

    you havent said what needs doing. If you said what needs doing I could perhaps guide you through doing the work yourself so you will know next time how to do it. From the OP I guess you want some files uploaded so you would need an ftp client then you find out the address of the sites ftp server and upload to that. Its very easy
