Help Requested for Thesis on Pharmaceuticals and Childhood.

A friend of mine is doing research for a thesis paper with a topic of psycho-pharmeceutical drug effects on the child and adolescent brain and social development. I was prescribed Ritalin as a child, but never took it and was prescribed Paxil as a teen and never took that either, choosing instead to rely on St John's Wort (which worked wonders for me.) Therefore, I can't really help him out with my personal experiences of that nature.
