Hey, just looking for opinions on what facial piercings would suit me I guess! Used to have my nose pierced, but took it out, and so want my tongue pierced but scared it'd look bad. Some pics where you can see my face clearly; http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hpho...77902580339_1020725562_31435395_2976153_n.jpg http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash2/40661_1414248789159_1020725562_30958536_7207412_n.jpg http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/74135_1523638203826_1020725562_31173272_6687527_n.jpg http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hpho...26457694249_1020725562_31359628_3359587_n.jpg Thanks!
MADUSSA!! its like my favourite piercing i cant get it cause it would look stupid on me, with my other piercings. or something on your bottom lip, cause you have good lips madusa piercings are really pretty tho
You look like a lip piercing (bottom labret) kind of gal to me. But really, get anything you want! I think a lot of piercings would work on you.
You've got lips similar to mine, and I've got a bottom center labret and I love it. (I know it's huge, but I am too lazy to resize it)
facial piercings are for people who are boring and have no imagination. so, get none. or if you don't mind having that label, get all of them!
Oh, as far as tongue piercings go, I'd say go for it. Because it's inside you mouth, it's a bit more subtle. Just be prepared to have a swollen tongue for a few days and people looking at you funny when you talk haha. I personally loved mine- but be careful, if you take the ring out, they close very quickly even once it's healed. I took mine out for just an hour or two and poof-gone . Also eating with it at first is a strange experience, but you become accustomed to it very quickly. I'd also suggest using that mouth wash that starts with "bio" (biotene?) and sea salt with water rinses while it's healing.
A septum is my next piercing. I like them because they're pretty versatile, you can flip them up and hide them without having to take them out. The only thing that sucks about them, according to my friend (and as with all piercings, I think) for the first few weeks you have it while it's healing you can't flip it up, with the rawness of healing skin tearing the flesh that's trying to heal, it feels like someone is cutting your piercing with glass.
I had mine flipped up during that period ad have no effects from it. Had it pierced in the day, flipped it up that night and kept it up for a couple of weeks. After that time I started to flip it down occasionally when I went out (I couldn't at home because my dad hated it). It's a few months old now and I have had no problems with it. I keep it mostly down now that I moved out, except for work and it has healed completely fine. They heal real fast too! What I'd suggest, is either have it flipped up or down during the healing process. Either one wont matter, just as long as you leave it like that and don't keep changing it.
I think it would be sweet if you pierced your lip AND your nipple, and connect them both with a chain that is only 3-4 inches long. That way your mouth will be all open, your head down, everything pulling towards each other. It'll be totally non conformist. Super cool.
you have the nose for a septum piercing. maybe a small circular barbell. and i do think a medusa would look nice on you too, not many people can pull it off but i think it would look nice on you
