I've had asthma my whole life and now that I am smoking often, naturally it's only getting worse. I've heard that vaporizing is better for your lungs, and I have never done it so I guess I'm just looking for insight from those who have. I don't mind using my inhaler here and there but now that spring break is coming up, I don't want my lungs to go to shit.

    Thanks :)

i just developed adult onset asthma. I actually haven't had a problem with smoking pot. I was worried at first but it doesn't really effect me. There have actually been studies that have shown that cannabis can reduce inflammation in the lungs, therefore can actually be beneficial for some people who suffer from asthma.

Obviously, you aren't one of them if you think its getting worse since you've been smoking lol. Yeah, I would try vaporizing. Its much easier on the lungs because you aren't inhaling thick smoke mixed with blunt wraps or papers.

if you're gonna SMOKE weed, get the highest quality available, so it's less smoke overall. vaporizing doesn't release smoke, so it's much less un-healthy. i notice a diff in my lungs i think if i refrain from hitting the bong...but i don't
