So how hip is it here?

Hey everyone. I'm brand new here - no lurking or anything yet. I have been a member of another forum for awhile, but now I'm expanding out into the interwebs to see if this and another forum have additional information beyond my small little world.

My first impression of this place is that there are an ungodly number of forums here. I'm getting carpal tunnel from scrolling down the list. Anyway, I look forward to reading some interesting and informative threads and possibly eventually meeting some good people.

Here's hoping that this place is as hip as the name implies.
