You probably thought that i had a lucid dream and I was flying. Well yes but thats not what i meant. What i meant was you can get a high that lasts a day or even two. Flying in dreams simply fills our body with the feeling of freedom. Feeling that can make you feel like a hero and anything is possible. If any of you lazy ones can't lucid dream because that you don't want to keep a journal (because of your lazy ass cheeks), well I'm going to try and help you. 1. Understand lucid dreaming Lucid dreaming is being aware of you are dreaming. Awareness is what you need. 2. Best time to have a lucid dream A few hours of after waking up in a beautiful morning. 3. Don't give up and keep relaxing The key for this door that leads right in to lucid dreaming is about relaxing. Try to watch your breath and with ever breathe you take try to feel lighter. 4. Practice More you practice. More lucid your dreams. Mastery of your own mind don't come in pill form If you had any problems with lucid dreaming, I'd be glad to answer it.
