1940's makeup is pretty interesting - It was all about "natural beauty with a boost." I'd minimalize the eyeliner, sticking with a thin black line on top. The eye shadow color is good. Again, I just wouldn't go so heavy. The lips are perfect; you make them a point of focus.

As far as hair, I love your bangs. Pin curls are amazingly easy to set from wet hair and then sprayed and dried, but your hair is fine as is, though the straightness is throwing you into the 50's.

You look just beautiful and the style suits you.
