I know this is a pot forum but I jus had to say, this will be my last dance with cocaine. just did a fat line, bought an 8 ball, and decided its grow up time. time to be a responsible stoned adult and to do that means to stop spending money on pointless things. I am happy I did it in my earlier years tho. got it out of me before I get a family. someone I worked with recentl y lost his wife, she left him and took his kid. he also lost his job. making me realize things like that should be done in life before u have a wife and kid and responsibilitys. Just to say tho, no wonder celebritys do it so much. being rich and famous must be a non stop party .

good for you. saving money is a much better plan. as a fan of preparedness id advise you to save, and invest in multi-use and longterm items. just in case.
even if you dont subscribe to the TEOTWAWKI or TSHTF, you cant argue with the crappy way things are headed. having food and supplies on hand, even if they are limited, will give you some peace of mind.
good luck :) take it easy

Awesome shit. Life is good. If less of us were out searching our personal Matrix, America wouldn't've fallen apart so quickly =P

That's great, man! I did some last night because it was offered to me, and wondered, as I have all 5 times I've tried it, what the point is. I'd rather smoke some weed than snort some coke, any day.

Proud of you, kick that nasty habit!!!

That's, personal Matrix. Have you seen the movie, the Matrix? The world as we know it is just a virtual reality world we are living in, our reality is almost complete fabrication to make us happy (and our bodies are used for energy by the machines).

No one likes to face the real world anymore; so much escapism, whether through entertainment, delusion, lifestyle, or anything else.

Congrats on the decision to stop. I recently quit snorting mephedrone, which is very similar to cocaine (short-acting, stimulating, addictive) and can see how lame it really was now.

Coke is not a cost-effective drug, and it doesn't lend itself to responsible use very well. Do a few lines and start thinking about where money for the next few will come from...vicious cycle. Anyone willing to lose a friend, spouse, job or healthy mental state over drugs is in definite addict territory. Way to be responsible!

wow kind of coincidental that this thread came up today as last night was my last night of using after like 2 years of regular use. I '"worked in distribution" and it didn't cost me anything so almost daily use became a regular thing. Past couple months business had been slow and I had just gotten sicker and sicker of the shit each day and once my last bag was gone I shut it down. As long as I stick to my guns the next couple weeks/months will be interesting as today I already felt a positive shift and got alot done compared to days where I would get off work and blast a line.
