Carbs should never be a %, it's enough glucose to feed your brain activity (about 110 grams a day) and then you add on from there based on activity level. Michael Phelps carbs need to be about 90% of his food intake during training but the % isn't what's important.
That makes sense. But although I do work out, I'm no where near Michael Phelps. If I eat 90% carbs, I feel (and look) dreadful. I tend to do well if I include wholesome carbohydrates with lean proteins and lots of fiber.
Wrong. I could eat a mere 559 calories and eat my RDA of fat for a week and I'm still going to get fat. It doesn't matter if it's trans fats, omega fats, saturated fats.... Also I could eat well over the calorie RDA and consume no fat for a week and not put on weight.

Ha yeah, my friend has a really expensive camera, unfortunately he doesn't seem capable of manually setting the exposure and is too purist to use auto
If your friend cant correctly expose a shot manually he has no business owning one. Its not like they dont come with an inbuilt light meter or anything. People like your friend just really piss me off. Nice half nood body you have though
