I was thinking the other day about some conversations that I have had with exes and other female friends where they told me about finding their mothers dildo/vibrator and used it themselves. I was just curious as to how common this is. I realize that it isn't the most hygenic thing on earth to share/use after someone else. So that's it in a nutshell. I find that pretty disturbing. If I found a vibrator in my mom's drawer or wherever moms usually hide their vibrators, I wouldn't even be able to look at it without feeling disturbed, much less use it on myself. Its not neccessarily unhygenic to share vibrators, however. as long as they're cleaned properly after use. but still. weirdness.

Alt thinker: really? Ive never heard of this being common practice. I guess it depends on if someone's mom is into dildo use...highly doubt mine is. plus I dont live at home, so no worries about accidently coming across anything. Well, I figured it was common because I've got the same story as RJC more or less, except the girls in my case aren't my exes, they are just my friends. My first "sex toy" was technically an electric hand-held massaging device, much like the famous "Hitachi Magic Wand", that my mother and grandmother mainly used to relieve neck pain and sore feet and such.
