Hello from the Mediterranean

    Hello there.

    I found this forum while randomly googling about barefoot walking. But I've noticed there are many interesting discussions on everything, basically :)

    What about me? First thing, I don't know anything about hippie counterculture/movement, and I neither have positive nor negative associations linked to it ;)
    And...well, I have both mainstream interests (very few actually), like football, and alternative ones, like hitchhiking (even though I'm a real beginner!). My life philosophy is mostly influenced by the Hellenistic concept of hedonism (particularly as defined by Epicurus), nihilism and many more ;)

    I never get high; actually, I never take any drugs. And I chose this name, because it's the main character of a book I find very interesting ;)
