Have any of you guys tried the syringe and spore technique or know anyone who has? If so I was just wondering how it turned out as far as how much product you yielded and how long it took to get the first batch ready for harvest and all that jazz. Also, how much trouble was it really? All the different websites make it sound really simple but you know how that goes sometimes, thanks in advance.
I've averaged about 12g's dry per spore syringe, but I've heard of people getting much more. But I just use the PF tek, not one of the more advanced techniques.
Three weeks to colonzie the jars. a week or two to start fruiting and another two weeks of harvesting. So, start to finish about a month and a half.
I average 1/2-1 dry pounds per syringe 2 weeks to colonize the 12 jars 1 week to colonize the bulk substrate 4 days to colonize the casing layer 2 weeks for pinning and fruiting
