:afro: Hey, how is it going everyone? I was looking on the net for info on indoor growing of poppies and have found very little info. I have grown cannabis for about 7 years now and would like to give these a go.. so.. with that being said can anyone point a brother in the right direction. I am a member over at poppies.org but the info on growing is very slim... Thanks

All I know is that it is very difficult to grow successfully indoors, as the opium poppy thrives (and produces the most latex) when there are large temperature variations from day to night, like there are in Afghanistan and such in the Spring and Fall. Even replicating that outdoors in most areas of the United States would be difficult, so unless you have access to a large freezer, it might be tough. Best of luck for your new hobby, though.
