Wal-Mart is going to start selling guns again in their stores. This is fantastic news, way to stick it to the liberals.

Oh really?? I'm a conservative. So what Walmart is selling guns. All they got are deer rifles and a few shotguns.. With all the Chinese crap Walmart sells why aren't they selling the SKS and AK47?? Both of these are made in other commie countries not just China.
I’m with scratcho here this is just misdirection… Wasn’t it Karl Rove that used to tell republican campaigners to stick to ‘guns, god and gays’ to try and distract America voters from asking more important questions? If you want a gun fine but if it’s for protection why haven’t you asked yourself why are you so frightened of the society you live in that you feel you need one, isn’t the question - what wrong with your society?
If China-Mart REALLY WANTS to increase slumping sales they should slash prices on the deer rifles and dumpy shotguns they have. Get them sold and gone. They should set up a barricade around their gun sales counter so no one can see what is going on and remodel the area. They could put up a few larger than life pictures of moments in time with historical significance. Like when Americans raised Our Flag on Iwo Jima in WWII. Or that photo of Gen. Eisenhower talking with US Army Paratroopers prior to their jump into Europe hours before D Day on June 6th 1944. I think a real nice touch would be several LARGE AMERICAN FLAGS purposely positioned to catch the eye of possible gun purchasers. To work on or stir up their emotions to in effect make people want to make a major military arms type purchase for home defense. I mean what says I am a patriotic American defending my home and family against scumball home invaders or crackhead burglars better than a semi auto rifle with a full 30 round magazine in my hands?? How about a tactical shotgun with those cool Picatinny rails with a green dot laser optical sight+one of those tactical (read that tacti-COOL accessories) like the lights that will blind the hell out of the intended target on the wrong end of your 12G. They should also have on hand 12G Slug, double ought Buck, #4 Buck and BB Buck ammunition available at those famous low Wally World prices they are always bragging about. They should carry a nice selection of black tactical gun cases specifically sized to carry the black rifles and shotguns they would be carrying. And finally they need to hire some people that are GUN FRIENDLY that actually KNOW GUNS. I'm talking guys that live and breathe everything gun related like ballistics and minute of angle stuff. I mean people that would KNOW THE ANSWERS to intelligent gun related questions. I'm NOT talking about the usual Wally associate that's off hiding somewhere when customers need help with a large/heavy item. Then they should start selling what the liberals love to call BLACK RIFLES and BLACK SHOTGUNS. They would do well to sell AMERICAN MADE current fighting rifles such as the venerable AR series by Colt. Perhaps they might carry the ever popular Springfield Armory M1A. They might carry a no frills M1A and a fancy all the bells and whistles M1A. All explorers after Lewis and Clark carried guns. Guns for PROTECTION. Guns for DEFENSE. Guns for HUNTING. And when bad people mess with you, guns for OFFENSE and ATTACK. Plainly stated if the USA and her Allies had not won a victory in Europe and the Pacific war picture this scenario: Back east most folks speak German or English. Out west many speak Japanese. Only the armed forces and police have weapons. Everyone who wants a job has one as long as you speak Japanese. If you don't speak Japanese you're pretty well SOL. In most cities there are small neighborhoods where americans are huddled in shacks and shanties made from scrap and castoffs of the Japanese. There you will find scattered markets selling vegetables and fruits. Not much else. Most street crime is at the point of a knife.
