Further extraction methods?

So you've chopped, blended, mixed with water, boiled and strained the cacti to a juice form, you still have a large cup full of barely drinkable liquid to go through, still easier than a cacti.. but you just... cannot get through it all in one sitting NOR IS IT RECOMMENDED.

Ok, so I'm wondering, how would anyone go about the further extraction of the mescaline in the San Pedro Cacti beyond this point?

    Boil the juice?
And is there a way to extract the mescaline from the juice itself?

Mix it with orange juice to ease the taste. Or, do as I do, pinch your nose and drink it as fast as possible! It's over faster if you take big gulps instead of sipping on the juice.

Well, I've chased it down with grapefruit juice and I'm down to my last bit of it.... apple slices help too...

I've actually tasted worse things before but.... dang!
It's not so bad if you just swallow it right a way.

You got it. :D It's not so bad, definetely not something I'd drink for the taste but far from being awful. I see the bad taste as an ordeal you have to overcome in order to have access to the beauty of mescaline.
