Although I support the use of medical marijuana, I highly doubt it cured his cancer. The weed probably did make his nausea subside so he could eat, which probably helped enormously, but giving a toddler cannabis oil?? Cmon now.

Let's go ahead and credit the chemo with curing the cancer and weed with keeping him alive.

When I started to read that article, I was outraged that a parent would give their 2 yr old cannabis oil, but I think after finishing the article I sympathize with the father. If my son was diagnosed like his was, I would be desperate too. Let's just be thankful everything turned out for the best

combined treatments may.. including cannabis, While Im not convinced Marijuana can do all that some claim it can do.. Its irrational to project such belief..[IMG]

It likely relieved his nausea so he had some additional pain relief and made him hungry enough he didn't mind an irritated mouth. However, it is extremely irresponsible to stop someone's anti-emetic medicine when they're too little to make that decision. The chemo killed the cancer and the dad should be jailed for child endangerment from taking his child off anti-emetic drugs - If the baby choked on his own vomit from being sick, that would be all his fault.

There is no cure for cancer. There definitely is a place for cannabinoid treatment, but the Daily Mail is a bunch of hooey, and this further confirms it.

People forget what cancer is: the unwanted overgrowth of particular cells.
There can't really be a "cure" for that, only a balancing.
