It's a nice draft of a declaration of nudity as a human right - I wonder, if there is an international version for non-US citizens somewhere out there on the net - like a United Nations charter for nudity as a human right... and if not, perhaps we can devise one. Wiggling bare toes, ~*Ganesha*~
Well, I don't really like being naked (I get cold easily) but I'm all for people doing what makes them happy (within reason) and since being naked is within reason (personally) I'll go ahead and sign it.. I mean, if nature wanted us to be naked, we'd be born that way. Right?
Now I'm thinking, shouldn't nudity be allowed on public property as well? Like, I should be allowed to go nude in a public park. Why's there a law, indecent exposure, against it? Look, we all have nude bodies, which means we've all seen them. Think about it, I'm sure everyone has seen a nude body that's not their own. Teens watch porn, adults have sex, and babies shower with their parents. What good does banning nudity do? Being nude is not sexual molestation. And if a private store doesn't allow it, that's their right as well. But I should be allowed to walk nude down the street. If you can honestly say that the sight of a nude body disgusts you, then you're either lying or there's something seriously wrong with you.
