Harvard Man. Not the best of plots... and the dialogue and delivery is reminiscent of early Kevin Smith (which i dig) but fun none the less. The thing that spoiled the LSD parts was that he took 15000 ug. Even tho it's acknowledged that he shouldn't have survived, that amount is just silly. Even the 5000 ug dose sugar cubes is laughable. Otherwise tho, fun movie.

Wow, what a ridiculous heavy dose, do they somehow illustrate the visuals he's experiencing?

Ya, all during the trip sequence they show his point of view alot. Particularly funny is when he meets Al Frankin. I'd freak if i saw his face like they show it.

Hahaha I found that part particularly funny too, and he pulls the daughter aside.

It's ultimately a kind of cheesy movie imo but I do think Adrian Grenier actually does a decent job of portraying a heavy acid trip, 15,000 ugs would be pretty ridiculous.

Ya, it kinda was cheesy wasn't it? The only thing that saved it for me was it didn't pretend that it wasn't.
