Pornstars should use condoms

Its sending a bad message to today's youth and everyone watching really to see all of these pornstars and sexually active people making sex tapes and all that to never wear condoms

a lack of condoms in porn is leading to stds and overpopulation

wrap it before you tap it!

 

i've seen plenty of porn where they're wearing condoms.

also, anyone who decides not to wear a condom because they saw a pornstar not wearing one deserves an std.

 

Regardless if it's porn or in real life. I think everyone has the right to decide for themselves if they want to use a condom or not.

Thats what living in a free society is about.

 

porn is about an image, a fantasy... in none of my wildest boning fantasies am i wearing a condom. not even in the tame ones. i realize i have to in real life (well, if i was getting laid, fuck.) but nothing about porn represents the average persons life, unfortunately.

 

i get what you are saying here. I've never been with one personally, but a some of my guy friends and girl friends say that it's not sexy to use condoms and i think that's where they are getting it from

 

No.. they're getting that it's not sexy to use condoms because it isn't.. it's unnatural but it is safe and effective.. no I do not believe that porn stars should have to use condoms.. if folks are worried about their kids watching pornos, and really care that much, they'll put a password on their internet and monitor everything they do, kids will be kids and kids watch a lot of porn.. it never influenced me not to use condoms, sometimes I did, and sometimes I didn't, and the only times that I didn't was in a relationship + on the pill.. so.. I agree with underwear on this one..

 

A lack of sex education because of small minded bigots with imaginary friends (yourself possibly included) is what causes STDs and over-population.

 

Lots of porn stars get STDs from time to time. The porn industry is really corrupt that way.

 

Lol.... yeah man, the worst part about porn as far as having a negative influence on people is FOR SURE the fact that the men don't wear condoms........... riiight.

 

Or choose monogamy. Having said that, I hate wearing condoms and had a vasectomy to avoid it (my Wife decided she wasn't happy with the risk/benefit profile of birth control pills or other hormonal birth control methods). Best choice ever. Yet, if I watch a video I definitely prefer NOT to see a condom.

 

Largely, porn isn't "real" sex. If it was, it would largely be average people having dull sex.

Like martial arts movies. Or war movies. Or whatever. They entertain, they don't educate.

Do as you will, and give to others the same rights.

Unlike much of the world, the United States is not over populated, however, some cities have too high population density which often leads to more violence and crime. We have plenty of room to spread out and plenty of energy (if we choose to develop and use it) and plenty of food to easily handle for time or more population. I think other than jobs, food is likely one of our largest exports still (we certainly feed the people in parts of the works that can't support greater populations, thus, we aren't really helping them in the long run). In fact, an argument can be made that the human race can't positively evolve further until we fill the niche that we live in and start back on survival of the strongest (or most resourceful). People today have worsening vision due to glasses, contacts and laser surgery. Go back many centuries and especially to hunter gatherer societies and those with bad vision (especially at a young age) would likely result in death by not being able to see predators.

But I digress

 

It is caused by selfish actions of some of the stars (drugs don't help) who don't report their activity which will take then from the set until retested and they often choose the paycheck over the safety of others.

Having said that, I believe the incidence of death or lifelong disease is quite low in that group (I know of a couple that died of aids and were major stars and yet most of their costars are disease free ... that wouldn't be my luck).

The last time I engaged anyone in this forum on this subject. Despite my being very respectful towards everyone, I was ridiculed, mocked and sent private messages calling me an idiot.


So let me just say that I do not believe in AIDS and I invite those that do believe in AIDS to do some research on the subject from a broad variety of sources. Without just focusing on the traditonal fear mongering dychotomy of "wear a condom or die."

I used a condom back in the 60s when I was dating my wife. She didn't want to get pregnant and I didn't want to drop out of school. (Although marriage and a baby would have still kept me out of the war)

Being products of the summer of love and then mature responsibles during the 70s, we did it all. We drove to California to swing, toked up in Washington for 3somes, visted Platos retreat in NY and even did the confessional in Charleston SC. The crazy people that we were, we just lived life to the fullest until 2005 and never once did we use a condom.

Despite my age, I still like sex. But I will refuse to have sex before I wear a condom.

 

Most porn stars in most industries get tested pretty regularly.

I don't believe that it just randomly mutates from HIV without outside influence. It seems most likely to me that interactions with certain medicines or other viruses is what causes the transition. Though there are those professionals that believe such things, there has been much backlash against any who say so, and they have been treated as kooky denialists.
