Looking for some chill types who want to rent a room. 400 month includes utility. Must be willing to put up with two live in large dogs. It is a 3 room 1 bath house on 3 acres of land. with HUNDREDS of acres behind the home. I am 5 min from 1-20 and 35 min from Atlanta . On a dead end street with only 1 person living behind me.. this is so peaceful here that I can walk naked in my back yard with little worries of someone seeing. If I can get both rooms rented the rent drops down to 300 for the larger room and 200 for the smaller one. Please.. only mellow live and let live types. Caregiver types. Still looking for some chill types to move in. Would rather see the house full of ladys. If those willing to do it we could share the rooms. Bunk bed it and that will lower the cost for everyone even more. If we get 4 in here with two in each room the cost will be 125 per person. The garden is started..tomatoes are coming along nicely. I have gotten another large screen TV so now there will be two family rooms with TVs. I have two beds available already to. I am thinking about making it just a girls house. would be safer for them. I will decide when one or two move in and we discuss it. remember this is for relax live and let live types. and please..no rock/meth heads. your mood swings are to much for me.
