Ash ra tempel are my absolut favourite band. Although I only have one album- Schwingungen, the song Darkness flowers must die is soooo intense, ive never heard anything similar. They certainly are a unique band, Ive tried to get there other albums but I cant seem to get them where I live. but ive got a couple of albums by the Cosmic Jokers- which features both Manuel Gottsching and Klaus Schulze, I would highly recomend this for fans of Ash ra tempel.
Probably one of my favorite progressive rock bands too. They are the sound of gluttoning yourself on honeysuckle nectar under a warm summer rainshower. This stuff is the grandfather of modern trance/dance music. The original.
