Felony possession of cannabis with intent to sell/manufacture/delivery within 1000 feet of a school, which is bullshit as I was caught with 4g of hash oil that would be pointless to sell as no one else had the proper setup to vaporize it.

More of a first appearance sort of ordeal, but it'll be up to the judge at the time whether to go forth with felony proceedings or not, hopefully he sees the amount at hand and tells the DA he's a moron. I was initially charged with simple possession, and then the DA raised the charges the next day and I was picked up again on a warrant for my arrest on the same charge + intent to sell in a school zone which upped it to a felony. Some lame shit as I had to get booked and bail out on back to back days.

Already have a lawyer, he's doing everything he can, including presenting a receipt I had for the money that I was found with which should hopefully reduce whatever circumstantial evidence there is. If I get convicted of a Class 4 felony I could be looking at a max of 1-3 years in a state prison and a 25k fine. I should get probation though, even if somehow they can get the felony to stick, which would amaze me, but it is hicksville.

Also I'd rather not postpone this tomorrow as I already have to travel a total's worth of 5 hours to plea not guilty.

 

I wish you the best man.^^^. They took the best of us down but we just have to keep fighting the oppressive shit.
