faukin expensive bro. forty bucks for the whole thing and theres only 14 patches. And you are completely right pork. my dad got me step one patches, it has like 21 mg of nicotine. It says its for smokers who smoke 10 cigs a day or more. I smoke like 5 cigs worth a tobacco usually so yeah lol.

How can it possibly keep you from being bored? It's not boring to go out and spend a fortune then robotically move your arm up, down, mouth, ashtray? Boooring! :p

Its hard to quit cold turkey but one of my friend who used to smoke for more than a year decided to quit. He took up the sports of surfing and for many months now he had stopped smoking completely. Sometimes when he craved for a cigarette, he would remind himself that it can slow him down and he will feel like shit when he gets back in the water. So, I think taking up some type of sports that require strenuous work out might do the trick. Try it out, you have nothing to loose.

seems lately that every pack i buy is my 'last one'...
but i have a huge surplus of change, and it's easier to get rid of it all in $10.25 increments :)

same here.. when i don't wanna smoke anymore i just stop.. it's not tough really.. but here and there i have 0-3 a week.. which i would consider to be almost as relevant as not smoking

$10.25 a pack? that's crazy... haha when i first got to school in CT i thought $7.50 a pack was super expensive. until my state raised the cig tax it was very possible to get marlboros for under $5 a pack... now it's generally around $6

well guys, i tried the step 1 patches, and then 2 packs of the step 2 patches, my god those things were awesome lol. But they worked!! Im serious I didn't even care about nicotine when i was on the patch those things are miracle workers i guess.
I used to need nicotine every day or id freak, I am slowley feeling normal again without it and can go days without it now :D I deserve a congrats or some shit lol.
I still might buy those patches now and again for the fuck of it too, I mean they make u feel great all day long and give u gnarrlyy dreams like no other.
I still smoke a cigar 1 time a week, that is purely for the fun of it i just didn't wanna be addicted anymore got waht i wanted so yeah :D

I've recently gone from ~10 cigs a day to ~5 with the help of bupropion (wellbutrin). It's also helped me regarding symptoms of what I believe to be a case of moderate depression. I understand if you don't want to go that route, but it's worth a try.
