I needed the head to put in the bed of an enemy while he's sleeping.

I was thinking Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, Canada, India, or Norway.

Brazil is agood place. Consider the fact they they are the most fuel efficient large democratic republic in the world. Unlike America they have largely gotten rid of their oil addiction in favor of natural ethanol fuel. Lots of opportunity there too as the country grows economically.

Mexico or Costa Rica are more good places, especially if you are thinking about price. Lots of opportunity there as well.

Canada....well Americans have been using Canada as their escape from the many unjust facets of American culture for a long time. Be warned though, Canada is under a neo-conservative grip that is becoming even worse than in the USA. Stephen Harper aka Canada's George W Bush and his conservatives are still strongly in power.

India isn't bad choice but prices of skyrocketed there. It's a giant booming economy though and plenty of opportunities there if you know where to look. China, despite being even more of an economic boom than India, doesn't have as much good living prospects due to their very undemocratic system, really only good for business. You can get a job teaching english there easy enough.

Norway is really nice, highest standard of living, and the society takes care of its citizens like almost no other. Other Scandinavian countries are good too. Heck western europe (Spain, Portugal, Holland, ect.) is filled with great places to live, it's just more expensive.

Of all these choices Canada would probably be the easiest to emigrate to for an American, but I wouldn't make the the sole factor in making a decision. But there free medical care and education are certainly huge pluses of America for sure. British Columbia probably has the best weather and best people of the provinces, but tends to be more expensive.

Heh, right before I got out of the gate to go to Cambodia, some girl from China offered me a sham marriage. I go for the same price.

She was freaking lovely too. It made me wonder why she hadn't saddled someone when she had all this time she knew she was leaving.

Immigration is federally regulated in Canada and you are assessed based upon useful training/education, financial capital, knowledge of English or French, relations in Canada, etc. Other than knowledge of English, there isn't a leg up for Yanks.

And after all that, if you're a doctor or an engineer we let you drive a cab.

man, if I wake up with a horse head in my bed I'm gonna know who did it.

I will come back and :smash:

I think its going to be my goal to incorporate that smilie into every single post from now on.

you should have taken her up on it. Sham marriages are much better when the other person is actually attractive. At least I would assume, can't say I have much personal experience.

If your sham wife didn't work out, you could always :smash: to shut her up.

Or she could tell them that she got tired of hanging out in Home Depot parking lots looking for work and decided to go to Mexico to live the good life...

As long as you're cool with losing that life the day after tomorrow;)

I vote brazil. You can have, smoke, and grow all the pot you want, so long as you don't buy or sell it. And that's okay, because why would you want to have less pot, or less money?
