Do I use it? Yes. Any movie you want? No, I've had several searches where I've wanted to find a movie and it wasn't available. Is it worth it? Yes, there are lots of good movies and documentaries on netflix.
I'm kinda hooked on netflix. I've never had cable or even network tv. My mom gave me 3 months of netflix for Christmas and I just let it lapse and paid for a month. It's cool to access so much media; in that way it's worth the money. I have streaming stuff get interrupted to load a bunch, but I also have several roommates using the same internet.
yes its worth it. they don't have every movie, but they have a lot, and their dvd thing is like 2 bucks extra. i got it hooked up to the tv in the livingroom via a crappy laptop over wifi and it plays just fine..
Netflix is cool. I've had it for years and for the most part they have a good selection of movies as well as television shows. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes the older, more obscure, movies are not available and because the movies are shipped from customer to customer through a process where the movies never change hands with the people in charge, a lot of the movies are scratched :/ but it's cool because if it's completely unwatchable you can send it back and you'll receive a new copy in a few days
its worth it. between playing practically any movie from your laptop, to some on your wii/ps3, to getting dvds, its pretty great. i wish their wii/ps3 database was bigger but probably has to do with licensing crap.
it is quite good. :2thumbsup: true, you can't get just any movie. netflix does not carry 'butthole whores 3.'
Although it't not available in my country I think it's a great opportunity to see lots of movies legally. I don't know anybody who had problems with it, so go ahead.
Definitely worth it. It doesn't have everything you want but it's got a lot of stuff, plus not only can you get DVDs at home, you can also watch a shitload of movies right on the computer. It's awesome. I caught up on some shows I haven't seen because I don't have cable anymore.
