Neuman is a familiar face - been around in many incarnations since the '50s with MAD magazine. When I was at my last duty station in the Air Force at Ft. Meade Md., I put a moustache on Alfred (same as I had) and put his pic up in my cubicle at NSA. I was short and not going to re-up. That pic in 1967 was done with color pencils. I just reconstructed it with my little Adobe clone app.
