So i'm looking into buying a didje and i was wondering if anyone could help me decide what type i should purchase. I see that they are made out of all different types of wood and i was curious as to what kind would be the best to purchase. And what the best sounding key would be.

Don't know where you are, but I saw some here in Eugene that a guy was hand making that were 2 part dijs. Same principle as a trombone so that they could change tone when played as the slide part was moved in or out. I saw them at the Saturday market a few years ago,so I guess if you were interested, you could contact whomever runs/organizes the market in Eugene,Oregon.
