Question lil off topic but someone told me to come here and ask

I took suboxone for the first time today to curb my withdrawals from hydro/oxy. I took it 14 hours ago, and i was wondering when i can take some hydro next and be able to feel it and not waste it. keep in mind the suboxone was my first time taking it. please help, withdrawals are setting in again and i dont wanna take these hydros and not feel nothin ya kno

I'm no one to judge or tell others how to live their life but. just from your one post ive read you give off the vibe your one of those type of people who worry about getting more, getting better, getting stronger, while your even high..



like your going to keep chasing this little loop of hydros and other pain killers just to get high, always worrying about your next buzz, always worried if they will work, if you can get more, how many you can take, how high you will get.

the onlything worse then a junkie is a high junkie who will do anything to keep that high. why not just take the pills and chill out and not worry about your next high? why worry about those hydros and when your going to take them and how they are going to effect you.

you should all ready know your going to need more hydros to compare to the effects of the pill you just took, so your going to need to get more hydros to be happy. even the hydros you have right now. wont get you as high, so you need more. you will always need more. just to get as high as last time. becuase thats the path you have chose.

smoke weed, be content. stop worrying about more, or next, ect.

lol, maybe if you want to find something to curb your withdrawls, try doing something that isent going to lead you back to doing more pills. like planting some weed, reading a book, draw a picture, eat some lsd. or eat some lsd, read a book on how to plant weed, and draw a picture of you planting weed on lsd. either is way better for you then you sitting on the internet worryed that your not going to get as high off those pills you have.

you get high, you want more, you come down but dont got enough to get as high, so you want more, you get high but not as high as you want, so you want more, you come down,and again you want more, you get high you want more, you come down you want more.

Well, thats the thing bro. i've been addicted to prescription painkillers for about 7 years now. Ive been taking vics, perks, methadones, lorries, oxys, etc for 7 years, pretty much whatever i can find. And yesterday all i could find when i was dopesick was the subs. Which the 1 8mg pill took my withdrawals away for about 12-14 hours, which was nice, but 6-8 hours after i took it, i got some lorries, and yeah, i didnt wanna wastem. And im not tryin to get off them though, in fact, i really dont want to. I can afford my habit, i work over 40 hours a week, and the pills are what keeps me going honestly. It sounds bad, yeah im an addict, but i've never stolen or done anything 'bad' for money or drugs. I appreciate your concern, im just lookin for a way to get high again after taking that sub, without waiting 2-3 days.

SWIM cannot do other drugs either, SWIM is on probation and has to drop for his/her PO soon. SWIM has a precription bottle from before with SWIMs name on it so SWIM CAN drop dirty for these painkillers...

 

i don't think LSD shows up on the normal "7 panel drug test" if that's what it's even called.

The mean half life of Buprenorphine is 30 hours. Depending on the person, it can linger for up to 72 hours. However, your receptors at that point will not be entirely blocked off.

The answer to your question is normally you should wait at least 24 hours. If this really was the first time you took Suboxone, you might even be able to feel it within a few hours, as (I'm assuming 8mg / 2mg?) will most definitely not even come close to filling all receptors, and 2mg of Naloxone has nothing to do with your situation.

People who take Suboxone for several days in a row are the ones who have to wait 3+ days. The perciptated withdrawal and Suboxones insane affinity for binding are both overblown, the former being mostly a myth and the latter being only applicable to people involved in daily use.

In reality, you could have probably already taken the full agonists by the time you asked this question and felt them.
