Congolese food consists of rubbing a bunch of habaneros which they called pili pili over chicken. Tom Yum in Bangkok has nothing on it.

Thai Green Curry is my favorite. Whenever I'm sick. Or when I'm not.

Love getting it REALLY spicy with some good beer or wine.

    Tabasco.

Goes awesome with most american food.

There's a load of other awesome hot sauces that go with all sorts of things too.

If you want to avoid getting suck, I suggest eating a LOT of oranges, like quite a few a day, and taking zinc supplements. Or just take like 2g of vitamin C a day (watch out, too much or a high amount over a long period will damage your kidneys), but I think oranges are a lot more effective.
