spicy food helps prevent cold sickness and helps make you heal faster when you have one. lots of people around me have a cold sickness, so I wanna eat a crap load of spicy food. http://www.interestingworldfacts.com/culinary/top-10-most-spicy-foods-in-the-world.html this site had some interesting ones but I wanna know them all. Congolese food consists of rubbing a bunch of habaneros which they called pili pili over chicken. Tom Yum in Bangkok has nothing on it.
that tom yum looks so delicious right now. wish I had some. wot looks interesting and I would like to try it. Here are some of my fav..tom yum kun,spicy phat thai(fried noodles),malaysian curry, indian curry mutton(lamb),rendang and sambal sotong..u should try all those whenever u have the chance :2thumbsup:
Thai Green Curry is my favorite. Whenever I'm sick. Or when I'm not. Love getting it REALLY spicy with some good beer or wine.
Tabasco. Goes awesome with most american food. There's a load of other awesome hot sauces that go with all sorts of things too. If you want to avoid getting suck, I suggest eating a LOT of oranges, like quite a few a day, and taking zinc supplements. Or just take like 2g of vitamin C a day (watch out, too much or a high amount over a long period will damage your kidneys), but I think oranges are a lot more effective.
