They're going to get away with it.

He fell into a room and they moved back out of sight, so that they could say he barricaded and let him die there.

I love how they act like someone awoken in the middle of the night to find his door being broken down should be like "oh, it's the police, that's okay then"..... The guy just woke up to a home invasion, you think he's about to assume it's okay?

And it won't even change anything if the warrant is complete bullshit.... as we can expect it to be (impartial judge my ass..... I've had an impartial judge sign a warrant for me that outlined NO good reason for a search, and would have failed a freshmen english course in the nations worst ghetto schools..... awaiting my next pretrial now) Because all that matters is they say they killed you with good intentions.... "yeah, we invaded his home, but he was going to resist the invasion! Can't have no resistance now...."

I can respect a servicemen even though I don't believe in the war but when you declare war on your own people you're just a traitor, cops for instance ,will bust down your door and give you a one way ticket to prison for growing a plant, but they seem to have all of their violent crimes swept under the rug. Most of the gun happy swat guys are itchy to make a kill. Cops in general are bad people justifying their own evil deeds. Though,Pull an assault rifle on a swat team and you've just signed your own death warrant. "THOSE WHO GIVE UP A LITTLE LIBERTY FOR A LITTLE SECURITY WILL DESERVE NEITHER AND WILL LOOSE BOTH"

I want to leave this state. More than I've ever wanted anything in my life. This place is the anti. I want nothing to do with it anymore. I've been here on and off for 20 years now and I want out. I just don't know how to go about gettin' out.

I read several of the news articles. It looks fairly fishy to me. The mere fact that a medical response team was on hand but not allowed access to the wounded 'suspect' is suspect to me.

Who here remembers the fire fighting equipment that was held back for 45 minutes when the US Govt used Armored Vehicles to set fire and burn down a 'suspected' compound in Waco Texas? Our own government protected the children from alleged child abuse by burning them alive after CS or CN gas grenades ignited combustibles inside their residences. Shameful.

    Only in Amerika.

    Fuck the Pigs.

I think that's an ignorant thing to say. Parts of Mexico are yes, very poor and crime filled. But there are also tons of normal parts where people live safe everyday lives

I believe he was being sarcastic. It would seem that in Arizona, seeing all the laws the laws they are trying to pass against illegals, that Mexicans are persona non grata.

I think we should use the word Hispanic though, not Mexican. Considering Mexico isn't the only hispanic country.....

No, it is not an ignorant thing to say. It is no secret that drug crime is spreading in Mexico, check out Acapulco.(http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2011/02/21/eveningnews/main20034538.shtml) Yes, as you say there are still "normal parts" of Mexico but what Skip was saying; "Keep drugs illegal and the US will soon turn into Mexico with headless corpses and blood flowing thru our streets", which means if the US keeps sending illegal drug money into Mexico, then it won't be long before violence will spread through out the rest of Mexico. So enjoy the "normal parts" while you can. :)

Wow...this thread is all over the place...everything from legalizing drugs to being politically correct (sorry, if they are Mexican, I call em what they are...just like I call "little people" short and I call "heavy people" fat...)

Back on topic...this is a shame and I truly feel bad for that family to have to go through this. I really hope they get something out of this...60 bullets to hit him seems overkill whether its drug related or not...it's not like he was holding up a bank with hostages or something

Itis ludicrus to claim that paramedics would have been endangered if they had been allowed to do their jobs when they first arrived. If that household had intended to resist, they would certainly have gotten a shoot-out over with when their first man was hit.
