I went on a 18-20 mile bike ride through the woods today. Very remote trail, lots of fun.

 

I have a brass Buddah,4 brass Welsh Eisteddford bells,a ceramic Corgi,a desk lamp,2 speakers,an ashtray,a phone a mug full of pens/pencils,a homehub,a pile of books,a flatscreen,a DVD workshop manual for my Vmax and a Tigger torch on my desk-oh,and a cat pencil sharpener where you shove the pencil up it's arse and it meows as you turn it.

There-beat that.

Kinnell,cuz-over here it averages £1.38 per LITRE...which is around [mumble mumble,dot-and-carry-one,mumble...erm around $1.98. That's PER LITRE, remember.

So a gallon would cost you $9.20!

Phew-suddenly a bicycle seems attracti.......hang on....no;no it doesn't.
Bollox to bicycling-momentary over-reaction there. I'm better now.

Choice between $9 per gallon or pedalling uphill in the rain...choice made.

 

i went to visit my dad for the three day weekend. had a good time. he lives a mile from a state park with kick ass mountain bike trails. i haven't been there in years and it's all new. awesome, awesome trail. there are two ravine drops like 15 - 20 feet straight down then straight up. it's either go or no go. there's a bypass around it if someone pusses out. lots of jumps, downhills, hellacious climbs. 12.5 mile loop around a lake. i rode two laps the first day, four laps the second day, and two laps the third day.
