I know I have damn, DAMN stressfull days, and I know that there's one sure-fire way to release that stress at the end of them... A big fat bowl of marijuana! :D

I know that this stress just eats at you, and kills you slowly from the inside out.. Could marijuana actually... be GOOD for you? :O:afro:

I mean... they say a beer or two a day helps improve your health...but that's just bullshit because all it really does is release all that stress you've had.

A marijuana tincture is one of the most safe and effective substances a person can use to improve many different components of their health.

Not if you has asthma. A lot of severe asthmatics breathing gets cut after multiple uses. I'm not saying one or two hits but 3 or 4 weeks of casual smoking.

Breathing in fire is not healthy for anyone, people just react different. Long and short term affects.

I have asthma and experience no problems when smoking MJ. I read somewhere that since MJ relaxes your muscles it actually helps your asthma... since asthma is the tightening of the muscles in the throat. I think MJ can improve your health as long as you're not abusing it (unless it's for pain etc.) but smoking will never be healthy.

inhalation of scorching hot smoke and organic materials has negative effects on the lungs.. a r-tard could figure that out

Stop thinking marijuana is perfect.. because it's NOT.. nothing in this world is perfect

Well whoever wrote it is wrong. I wouldn't believe anyone who says smoking helps your asthma. I don't think anyone with true asthma would say that either. People that are born with it, because they have a weak respiratory system since day one of their lives, is different level than someone acquires it through bad habit. It does help you relax though.

Being in really good shape cardio wise, and needing to carry a inhaler with you at all times is very serious. One of the synonyms, is tightening of the throat, yea; but i would always make sure of ones diet before he based it on that alone.

Smoking anything and expecting your respiratory system to improve is crazy to think though. If it was weak, your lungs would always be the first to tell.

I was diagnosed with asthma not too long ago. I went through like a 36 hour long asthma attack because I had no idea that it was asthma and didn't want to go to the ER. I kept smoking weed during the attack because it was the only thing that took my mind off the fact that I couldn't fucking breathe. I came across several studies after I was diagnosed that suggested that marijuana could indeed work as a bronchodilator. I haven't had any problems smoking since then either. MJ hasn't once bothered my lungs but a cigarette or even secondhand cigarette smoke will send me into an asthma attack pretty easily.

Not everyone with asthma should smoke. I'll give you that, but you shouldn't dismiss marijuana as a drug that is harmful to everyone with asthma because its not. Some people with asthma can smoke it and be just fine.

Anywho, on another note. Weed is awesome. I love it.

I find that if I don't get any munchies in, I start to get kind of a headache.
You just have to eat the right kind of munchies! :D

Like carrots and craisins. Lots of water, and other things that are really good for you...

I'm a straight up Yogurt fiend!

But I know a lot of people can't resist fatty/greasy foods... mainly because they taste so freaking amazing.

I was born with asthma. I had it as a kid but it did improve quite a bit. I used to not be able to run for very long without getting all wheezy... used to use my "puffer" multiple times a day. I haven't used it in, like, 8 years... so my asthma isn't bad anymore. I still use it when I'm around cats and lots of cig smoke... but have absolutely no problems inhaling MJ smoke.

Not your health, but maybe your disposition.
