It's called AVS Video Editor 4...solid program man, can do lots of stuff on it. layering, transitions, text, overlaying, pretty much everything lol. cost 35 bucks to buy the whole program... You can download the free version but all your movies will be watermarked with the AVS logo in the center. and you dont get to use all the options if it's the free version, as well.
funny....cops showed up the other day when we were smoking....we stole a bunch of pallets at a dumpster to build a stage/platform for a show tomorrow night... dude was cool...said if we returned it we'd be fine. went and returned it, shook the guy who called the cops' hand, said it was an honest mistake, we thought they were trash, didnt see the marks.. good stuff. first time i ever talked to a cop that high lol.
