I have been smoking weed for a good amount of time, and just about everytime I get really high, my cotton mouth seems different than other peoples, my spit turns to an elmer's glue texture, and look. My top lip gets stuck to my top gum, then my mouth starts to water very heavily. I'm not sure if this is normal, or if I sould be worried.

Na, everyone reacts to it differently. My mouth always gets really, really dry and I get really thirsty, so I always make sure to have a glass/bottle of water at hand.

Sadly cotton-mouth comes with the high. It has nothing to do with de-hydration, its from compounds in the combusted cannabis in addition to the heat of the smoke. Smoking smaller quantities of higher quality bud and using a bong or vaporizer helps. The best thing to do is to just drink plain ole' water.
