I'm about to ride my bike to work, as I do every day I work except for Sundays. It's about 4 miles each way, with the way in being mostly down hill. I'll come home and probably run 3 miles on the treadmill. I usually do this probably 4 times a week. I'd say I exercise moderately. I wish I had more ambition to do sit-ups and what have you. So I ask you, what is your primary form of exercise?
No, I hate treadmills and doing exercises inside. I used to run and ride my bike alot as well, now I have a city bike (not suitable for lots of miles a day) and I need new shoes for running (which I recently decided to get soon indeed )
I hike two-four miles a day as well as do 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups per day. I have a weight machine I use during the winter but in summer I figure I do enough lifting around the farm to keep enough muscle tone....

I workout 6 days a week. The last day is usually a long stretching session. I do the P90X program and it kicks my ass everyday if i give it all i've got. It feels good to see the changes so i just end up workout more and trying to be as fit as i can. Its great motivation afterwords. Chest & Back Plyometrics Shoulders & Arms Legs & Back Kenpo X Stretch Core Synergistics Chest, Shoulders & Triceps Back & Biceps Cardio Ab Ripper Its a 90day program and you always need to give a hour to a hour n half per day. I hike 2 times a week that takes me 2 to 3 hours. I've been hiking more to get my dogs knee in better shape, which is good since it gets me out and in the mountains.
Well, mine's really very small and I'm not hehe. It rides fine but it's only good for shorter distances. As long as it has to stands outside I'm not gonna buy a better bike either, otherwise I'd choose that over running instead for sure.
I work out on the WiiFit about twice a week. Push-up and side-plank (10 rep), balance bridge (6 rep), single leg reach (6 rep), jackknife crunches (30 rep), single leg twist (20? rep), and triceps extension (30? rep) are my standard regiment for strength training, with other exercises thrown in as I see fit And I just added 5 pound hand weights to certain exercises (such as the Aerobics step) But I really wanna start jogging; might get myself a sport watch and water bottle.
Yep. I'm required to PT ALOT. But on my own time - Morning 2 sets of 20 sit-ups 2 sets of 10 push-ups Evening 3 sets of 20 sit-ups 4 sets of 10 push-ups 5 miles walk/run Cross-fit at the gym. (This isn't even half as much as Army PT)
Generally, I tend to go for an early morning jog every day - about 5-6 kilometres. I've no idea how much that is in miles for those that use that.
I am a super random person. but usually I tun about 7 miles a week. lift weights working ever muscle group. do a bunch of push ups and maybe some leg lifts. and usually bike about 25 miles a week mountain biking. and I usually hike about 5 miles a week but sometimes I go crazy and in 1 days will run 10 miles without stopping or bike 30 miles all in 1 go. I also like to play sports with friends sometimes so that also is another workout. I really like hiking though and have hiked 18 miles in a single day. and a normal hike for me if I actually drive an hour to a cool location is usually a 6 or 7 mile hike.
Holy shit! I could never do more than 17 push-ups. During the winter months I exercise at an indoor gym, I fucking hate doing cardio, but I do it anyways. Elliptical. During the summer I just do outdoor stuff like walk, bicycle, swim. I walk to and from work everyday. I'm on my feet all day at work too. I used to love working carpentry/labour jobs because I never had to work out on my time off.
i feel like this is one of those brag threads, hello cyberworld I work out and have an extremely sick bod
I don't care about this thread because I don't count how often I walk/run/ride my bike/decide to work out. but i'm ripped so who cares.
