Did this a week ago feelsgoodman I was just sick of my dreads, had been for quite some time. Didn't like the constant mess, didn't like the 12 hour drying time, didn't like their tendency to hang in my line of sight, didn't like the amount of paint that was stuck in them etc. I can get a shower in about 30 seconds now, and I wash my head every single fucking day. They weighed 1lb 2 1/2 oz BTW.
Those were indeed a badass set of dreads. R.I.P I bet that feels crazy! Have you hung your head out of a moving vehicle yet?
I never took that in to consideration !! I was always around 8 1/2 stone until about 6 months ago I decided to weigh myself at my parents Now I'm 9st !!! 1/2st of dreads perhaps ?? Naaaa ??? Maybe i've just started to put on weight lol they don't seem that heavy
omg. Sellout! I'm actually quite jealous, I'm already getting well warm and it's not even proper summer yet.
Props man. What'd you do with them after you cut? (save em, trash em, sew em onto a Teddy bear and scare small children, what?)
Haha, nice. When my ex cut his we put them in his moms flower vase so she'd see them first thing when she made her coffee. Creeped the he'll out of her Then again, his were pretty gross from swimming in nasty ponds.
While looking at Ben's beautiful collection, his name didn't dawn on me until a DUH moment-I know Ben from the Ebay watch discussion board where he's offered excellent advice to others and I'm sure he'll recognize my handle- Crab783 aka Forrest when we used to use our real names on there.Glad to see you here Ben, I'm new here also, but this is a nice group that appreciates fine timepieces.
