Hi, i have combo skin, oily T, dry cheeks most of the time. I use mixture of natural face wash and a exfoliating one when feel im getting a few pimples. My skin is sensitive. I no some people (mostly guys) just use water but i have a feeling that it will make me get more pimples (i dont have heaps but get them in summer when sweet more and forget to wash face twice a day) Any natural products or things i can find in my kitchen that isnt to hard to make? Im a vege and dont like using honey or milk..

Porridge oats or avocado are good.

Try an egg pack, my sister used them a few years ago. I think it's egg whites for oily skin, and the yolk for dry. I used the former for a nasty spot I had a few months ago, they work well, but be prepared for an uncomfortable application.

Just whisk the part your using and pop it on your face and wait for it to naturally dry. Add lemon juice to it or something, if you want to.

It's good to use to keep your face dry/oiler over a number of hours (like if you have a long day out of the house). And remember to take Vitamin E

all of this is natural, and is the best I can offer.

i really love witch hazel as an astringent. it doesn't dry too much, works very well and is cheap and all natural. :D

Pure Aloe Vera gel. Only 2.50 from the chemist...its like an instant face lift.

NOT directly from the plant though, apparently there is a difference

i dont have any diy ideas, but this face wash:

    http://www.burtsbees.com/natural-pr...soap-bark-chamomile-deep-cleansing-cream.html

    coupled with this moisturizer:

    http://www.burtsbees.com/natural-products/face-moisturizers/beeswax-moisturizing-day-creme.html

has done wonders for my skin. i used to have a really uneven skin tone, but my skin is absolutely flawless from using those products. I don't think either of those products use honey, but i also think they're only 97% natural so there may be some ingredients in them you dont want to use. But they're really amazing at balancing out your skin.

edit: the moisturizer does use beeswax

I already said this on another post, but I'll say it again!:
Try using raw unpasteurized honey to wash your face. Just rub it in for about a minute and rinse off. It very water soluble, so don't do it on a wet face. Typically I just rinse with it in the mornings, and at night I put it on before I shower and let it set for about 5 minutes, then rinse off. No moisturizers, or acne potions or whatever. Best thing I ever did to my skin. And I used to have mild-bad acne. Must be raw honey though because pasteurizing it takes out the enzymes and such

often i use just water and light exfoliation with a cloth more than soap. witch hazel has always been my preference. very gentle on my sensitive skin.

Avoid washes as these strip away natural oils which actually causes skin to produce more oil which clogs pores, instead try cleansing with Oil Cleansing Method (OCM) which maintains natural oils keeping skin healthy so prevents acne. For OCM mix half extra virgin olive oil to moisturize and half castor oil to cleanse, also try adding a little tea tree oil which is antibacterial. Massage into your face then put a hot face cloth over your face for a minute to open pores, then wipe off oil, any trace amounts are absorbed into skin so won't be greasy. http://www.moogoo.com.au/category13_1.ht… Most natural living people I know use it, we all love it as it's really great for your skin and prevents all sorts of nasty skin conditions like acne.

I just use water now. I've tried so many different things my friends swear by, tea tree oil, witch hazel, soo many scary over the counter chemical washes.. and as soon as I said bugger it, and started using just water.. my skin has been great! Annoying, but awsome.

i have a face wash/gentle scrub that is made of - lavendar, aduki beans and oatmeal ground into a powder.
just put a pinch of it in your palm, add a little water, put it on your face and gently rinse off. aduki beans are amazing for your skin, look it up! i dont use anything else for my face, it's brilliant :)

a surgar and water mixture. c: surgar is a natural exfoliator and ironically, it's super sensitive on skin! as long as you don't rub too too hard. i use this a lot and it makes my skin feel so clean and soft as a cotton t-shirt.

Alvera and neem paste are good to use and put it on face for washing and eat them too..You face will glow naturally, and drink water as much as you can.
