Most Dangerous Drug

Just rethinking my previous posts and would have to say the most powerful drug of all is power.

 

Methamphetamine is the most dangerous widely-abused drug IMO. Not only are it's immediate effects dangerous, but the long term neurotoxicity coupled with degradation of personal care (meth mouth, etc.) make this drug stand out above the other dangerous stimulants like cocaine and regular amphetamine (like Adderall pills). In a pharmacology text I am using right now for research, the amphetamine stimulants are put, alone, in the top category for most potential for addiction, above opioids, nicotine, and more.

 

Some of these Bath Salts are really bad, nearly bad and addictive as meth:devil:

Anyone agree?

 

I also thought of a very dangerous class of drugs we don't hear much about: Barbiturates.

I have many, many Fioricets for my migraine problem. They contain caffeine, APAP, and 50mg of Butalbital (a moderately strong barbiturate- between Secobarb and Phenobarb). I can tell you right now that I have suffered breathing problems from even taking the recommended dose, and can easily see how they could kill you.

 

I was debating between herion and meth but chose meth. Everyone I know says it's the worst drug out there.

Meth and Heroine are probably the top two as they are HIGHLY addictive...but more people do meth so I'd say it takes the lead by far.

 

I'm curious as to why marijuana is not a choice in this poll. I believe that it is the most dangerous drug. It causes brain damage and is very addictive. Since this was not an option, I chose meth, a close second.

 

lost alot of years and thousands of $$$ on crack, still cant be around it or i,ll smoke n chase that first hit all night. but i,m in love with painkillers now.

 

I'm guessing the 0% mortality rate has something to do with it.

 

around here its definitely crack...

people around here never heard of meth and are too poor to even get addicted to h or coke...

...but crack, its cheaper than a cheeseburger and you just cant get enough of it...

 

when you think about it, the amount of crack it takes to keep you high would costs just as much (if not more if your a real fiend) than a bag of meth would to do the same thing.

Crack @ $5 a rock xs 8 hours worth of a high = anywhere from $60 to $100 depending how potent the shiz is.

For $60 to $100 worth of meth you can stay high for a week or more...again depending on the potency

Haha, that's the reason I came to this thread, to see if anyone had even mentioned that. Waaaay worse than anything anyone could probably get their hands on in America, for sure. I'd post some pictures, but I'm pretty sure that pictures that graphic are against forum rules.

 

sure that keeping you high on crack is expensive, but people here usually are poor and wont do more expensive drugs often enough to get addicted...

...i mean, 50 bucks a gram of coke, fuck, most people wont be able to do it more than once a month, before they get addicted and start selling their tvs and refrigerators

and also crack is a zillion times easier to find compared to coke or h (at least here)

Ah true that...meth in America is a huge epidemic that's probably why its so much easier to find here
