Anyone else watch this show? It's one of the few shows I actually watch anymore (maybe southpark with some friends, or a nature documentary) This show is way better than any other survival show I've ever seen, it seems pretty "real" much more so than man vs wild. BTW I friggen love Cody Lundin. Shoes are totally optional in my world.:2thumbsup:
I watch it a few times. Don't like the bare footed long haired fool so I stoped. What I realy like is Les Stroud's show. He set the bar very high and until now nobody was able to come even close. Esp. not Gryls, that fool!
I like that it doesn't try to be all extreme and "real danger" as the other survival shows. I really like Dave but sometimes he can be cocky and Cody can be more wise. Both of them give the viewer all kindsa great information though.
Les is cool, I just wish he would brush up on the "safer" of the common edible wild mushrooms. Was saddened by watching him toss a handful of Shaggy mane mushrooms on one show,,, but then I guess that was a wise choice on his part as it would have no doubt led to a lawsuit. :2thumbsup:
I like Cody. He has a great instinct for shelter and fire. Can't say I like some of his food on the menu though, Dave is a real provider in the food area. These are the guys you want to be with if you are ever stranded somewhere.
I love dual survival! My friend said i was like cody when i was walking around town with him with out shoes. I took it as a compliment.:2thumbsup:
