Old hippies, I would like to start a thread between you and us young hippies. Bestow upon us your wisdom of the world. Feel free to discuss anything and everything that fancies your brain waves. One thing I personally am curious about is the topic of drug use. This is not a topic I typically share among adults because of their authoritative, not-accepting-of-drug-culture, role in my life. So I'm curious about the thoughts and views of an adult who is an experienced user (particularly of psychedelics). So talk away!
My Advice is don't use chemicals, but only natural substances if you wish to explore the universe within your mind.
i'll take some cold coffee.thank you.what an old grouch.jeeze a person can't win sometimes.we zig when we should have zaged. etc.we just gotta keep thinking positive.keep on striving for the higher ground or whatever that expression is.
my advice on the chemicals is they'll just burn your brain.especially on todays market.there's enough natural stuff where it maybe wise to wait for good stuff to come to you.what's the rush.if you do it for kicks or addiction it ain't worth it.i always did things as a truth seeker.otherwise in my wise opinionation a person is just....not....hip
Moderation in all things, including moderation. That old saw is the best advice I can give when it comes to drug use.
Well....Im not an OLD hippie....but i tried speed for the first time when i was 15 and done just about everything except acid and heroine since then. I only use natural substances these days. i dont even use alcohol. as far as psychedelics go. ive tried salvia, dmt, and shrooms several times. All three are fun. Shrooms are the best bang for your buck. I havent had much luck with lab grown shrooms, but the shrooms you get from the cow field are INSANE! It was the best experience of my life until the cops showed up at my door (for a completely unrelated reason). I tripped for like 8 hours before i went to bed. i just laid in the middle of my living room floor in the dark on the phone with a female explaining the meaning of life to her. bad ass.
