effective treatment for genital warts. help!

    Hi! I've recently discovered three skin tags on my genitals. I've compared photos from the internet and what I've seen down there and they are definitely warts. Help me! What are the effective treatments for genital warts? Preferably one that is painless because I've read about the ACV treatment and it sounds like it will hurt like a gigantic bee sting!

    Thoughts please?
