idk.. I have no clue what you like, or what bands you already know. I like all of the above, mostly rock and metal. (mostly)

Most of it is also pretty mainstreem, but once again.. I have no idea what you have been listening to.

haha, I also dont think this will get the ¨Hipforums stamp of approval¨.. but I dont care. someone will come along soon that will suggest a bunch of crazy underground shit.

I doubt asking a forum what the good music is will do you any more good than googling 'good music'. I love music, all different kinds of music - and yet I can run into people who similarly claim to have an eclectic taste, but then when we start talking what's good, I find myself thinking this person must have no taste, because how else could you like both this and that, but not such and such. I know you can't argue taste, and especially musical taste seems to be something shaped in one's teen years, but overal, I think your question epitomizes a modern problem. When I was finding my musical bearings, there were these places called record shops, and some of them were more specialised than others, focussing on a particular niche (say, 'indie' music, hip hop, etc) and you could listen to records there, talk to knowledgeable staff, and I believe because you paid hard-earned money for the records you took home, you ended up valueing them just a bit more than by turning on Bittorrent and pulling in 500 gigs of content.

What I'd recommend you do is find something you like on Youtube or Grooveshark or something, smoke some good weed - this is important when 'sound surfing' - and just make a trip out of exploring via the suggestions field all the cool music out there.
