I did a search, maybe wrong keywords but yeah. Anyone ever experience shared hallucinations. One time I was with a friend at a show and we'd dropped about five hits of blotter apiece. Well we're hangin out, look up and see this guy floating in a lotus position over one of the concrete parking blocks looking at us and smiling. From the sky there was a beam of sun shining directly on him and made him glow in a golden orange color. Well we sat there for a second just sort of mesmerized. We both turned our heads away to tell the people we were with to check it out, maybe a second at the most. Turned back around he was gone. No trees, no cars or anything close enough to just vanish like that if he was real. Both of us were blown away and still talk about it to this day. But wonder if it was hallucination shared, or some advanced traveller checking us out. d/k.
i have had something like this happen to me before, though we didnt see it exactly the same we still thought it looked like the same thing. i was rolling around on the islands with a good 10 strip in me and happened to pass by this beach and got a good glimpse of the moon. i can still remember how it looked but i could never discribe it accuratly. it looked like a giant orange wedge hanging in the sky that was illuimanated and throwing this crazy orange glow on the clouds around it. it was really something to see and the reflection in the water only magnified its effects on me.
A common experience with fellow trippers is possible. It's even Probable if you trip in a ritual manner. I've experienced it my times. There's a simple psychological explanation- but it ruins the fun!
was anyone at the Gorge to see PHISH in 2003? well there was a mass hallucination, where there was a huge amount of an intro jam to the song "GHOST" a funky-psychedelic tune...but on the recording it doesn't exist.....at the show, not only me and my friend who was on E, and i, who was just smoking....a huge crowd around us was questioning what is this song, for minutes....and finnally the lyrics started up and it was obvious....but looking back to the recording after only 15 seconds the lyrics start up....which just isn't possible, before i even said anything to my friends two minutes had passed.....its madness.......
yeah.... thats some cool shit, i think human brains are capable of telepathy. but it takes something like drugs to make it happen.i gues we just suck..... maybe if we evolve and get telepathy.... wel be like trollin all the time?
I am a relatively "normal" individual with no family history of mental illness. Several years ago I experienced two distinct voices that sounded extremely malicious. One had a very deep timbre and sounded like a demon, the second one sounded like an 8 year-old boy and was even more disturbing than the first. It was not the first time I heard the deep demon voice. The voices were brought on by a very potent weed, most likely tainted with harmful additives, and this particular night was especially memorable. Here's why.. During this time I had a roommate who was an equal pot-head and goofball. We were smoking the same strand but sleeping in two opposite wings of an apartment seperated by at least 25 feet and with two walls between us. When I confessed my experience to my friend his eyes lit up. We began telling eachother the same story. My friend described the voices accurately, " Two voices (one demon & one little boy), very aggressive, completely incoherent, and seemingly directly in our ear". We actually wanted to make a film about it. It's nice to know that somebody else has experienced a shared hallucination, even if related to the visual and not the aural like us.
It seems the visual and the oral: that's a tough one to sort out for schyzophrenia. I'd say it is such since the disco era when people felt that the hearing was good for the irrelevance and the being against of suggestive seduction. Looking was instead ambitious.:alien:
one night me and a buddy were tripping, and for some reason we kept walking under streetlights where one was broken, and for some reason whenever we walked under one that was broken, we'd have an idea. and right when we got under it before we could even begin to express the idea the light would turn on, like on a cartoon with the lightbulb going on above the head. and we'd both see it. sooo crazy
