Nuclear engineer Arnie Gundersen says that “sandbags and nuclear power plants should not be in the same sentence.” No doubt. Since the latest nuclear disaster in Japan, people are seeing that the numerous plants around the world are built terribly. There are apparently many flaws, some like this one. Crazy that there are so many accidents...makes me want to research this some more.
