Why is it that kids learn how to manage without dipers at a pretty early age when a lot of people never learn how to restrain themselves from committing acts of violence? Both things have to be learned when you're growing up. Both things are necessary to learn to be accepted in a modern society. Maybe the difference is that we don't fight as hard trying to teach a non-violent behaviour to our kids as we do trying to learn them how to use a toilet. Maybe we just don't care. Maybe we just don't tell them that we care.
there will always be violence and there will always be shit.. potty training and violence are two different levels my friend..
i dont think that there's really any correlation between potty learning and violence, but magnus does have a point about teaching nonviolence to the next generation. kids really learn what they live, so we need to live in peace so that our kids will.
My little cousin has all of these books from when she was little on how to go to the potty. I never had to be potty trained. I use to think pissing in the toilet was the coolest shit ever, I use to try to draw things.
