I need your help figuring out the name of an album

The only thing I remember is that the actual cd was silver with a blue or might have been a darker silver design on it. One of the song was a Jamaican sounding dude that sings " da da dupa day, doba do why...let them know" That's all I remember. I used to call it the Micro chip album because the blue design on the cd looked kinda like a micro chip or something in a computer....This shit is driving me crazy!!! One of my old friends stole it and I never got it back

 

I just remembered another song from the album. It's a black ladies voice and shes singing "AHHHHHHHHHHHH" really high then "I feel emotion, I feel emotion" then it's the black dudes voice that sings "so come down, so come down" both songs on the album are fast. Maybe she is saying devotion instead of emotion I'm not sure.

Ok I just remembered more lyrics to one of the songs "love is the answer we don't want no war.....so come down," It's an old school techno album probably from the early 90's.

 

Well after searching forever I finally found it. It's called The Best of Techno Vol. 4.

 

IMHO that series by Profile Records was one of the best at it's time.
Eh, it's still one of the best!!
