My absolute favorite vegan munchies are a big bowl of Grape Nuts with Vanilla soy milk.. Does anyone else have any simple, go to munchies for when you're feeling a little lazy? I'd love to hear.
pb + j whole wheat bagel with real jelly. i found this good jelly that is sweetened with fruit juice. canned beans.
Chalupacabra! It is too complicated of a munchy to go into here, but trust me, this beast will hold over any person and their stomach for hours. Cheap, delicious, and quick to make. Also salads. No cooking required, good for the system, and absolutely delicious. If you get whatever produce is cheapest or on sale at your local grocery store then you'll be munching through a different veggie combo each and every time
